On the occasion of the 19th edition of the great Montréal en Lumière festival from Febuary 22nd to March 4th 2018, IKANOS will become a multicultural maritime museum where you will discover tasful paintings thanks to a 5 courses seafood tasting menu at 72 $. Octopus carpaccio, grapefruit and endive salad

Mackerel escabeche, hummus, preserved lemon, pickled vegetables

2nd COURSE

Striped bass, cauliflower, grapes and capers

Kadaïfi wrapped trout, avocado and lime

3rd COURSE

Whole grilled sea bream, artichokes, Jerusalem artichokes and mushrooms

4th COURSE

Roasted monkfish, clams, tomato consommé, celery and coriander salad

Poached lobster, orange and fennel tortellinis, bisque and rouille

5th COURSE

Meyer lemon tart, white chocolate and eucalyptus ice cream
