red cranberries from VMO gardens

yellow beets from Dosa Farm

preserved tomatoes from our Ikanos Garden in Hemmingford

Homemade artichoke ravioli from Raymond Alary et fils
and Fou du Roy cheese

Risotto with black walnut from the Au Noix du Jardins Orchard and
