IKANOS’S MEDITERRANEAN CULINARY ESCAPE
A couple of weeks ago, we had the chance to welcome a writer from overseas. Priscillia from Luxsure Magazine France is in Montreal this summer to write about the best of the city in terms of best restaurants, shops, activities. We were pleased to have her taste some of our most classic dishes, including our sauce trio with home made pita bread, our fried zucchini chips, our grilled seafood platter and, of course, our pan seared scallops with foie gras terrine famous mezze.
