IKANOS : A SUNNY GREEK ESCAPE

Marie-Claude Lortie, from La Presse Montréal, mentions us in one of her most recent review as a restaurant that makes its customer travel to a modern Greece through food.

“My favorite dish? As a starter, perhaps, cooked eggplant salad with crunchy walnuts. Or I could mention, the fennel salad with apple vinaigrette, fresh as a breeze. Then again, the shrimp grilled in this small cast iron skillet called saganaki, served with tomatoes, kalamata, capers, pepper and feta.”
