IKANOS : A MAN AND HIS KITCHEN

Sophie Ginoux, journalist and food critic for Nightlife, writes skillfully about our chef Constant Mentzas and his gourmet cuisine drawn from his Mediterranean roots. A little bit of history and a lot of kitchen talk testify to the history of Ikanos in this article.

“Constant offers a cuisine with roots coming from all around the Mediterranean, with exotic touches here and there. We can find on the menu traditional saganaki, flamed fried cheese dish, and (delicious) grilled octopus. Also, a surprising (and oh so juicy) plate of red mullet served with tortellini fennel orange is offered.”
