At Ikanos we enjoy the art of sharing. We share dishes, laughs, memories… And, for the occasion of Montréal en lumière festivities, we are pleased to also share our kitchen. Our invited chef is Glenn Forbes. He will be flying from Tadoussac in order to share, to your greatest pleasure, his love for cooking.

On March 2nd and 3rd, we invite you to appreciate the cheerful taste of sharing with our special four hands crafted menu to make you discover two dishes from each chef every course.

1st COURSE

Côte-Nord crustaceans and molluscs broth with saffron and rouille

2nd COURSE

Seared scallops, foie gras terrine, celeriac puree, apricot salsa

Crispy sweetbreads with braised fennel bulb

3rd COURSE

Roasted striped bass, sweet garlic cloves and undergrowth mushrooms

Grilled cod, topinambour, turnip and shimeji

4th COURSE

Deer filet mignon with camerises from M. Bérubé Manicouagan Farm

Duck magret from La Canardière, red wine cherry, skordalia and grilled mushrooms

5th COURSE

White chocolate crème brulée with blackberries

Chocolate and ginger brownie, blackcurrant crèmeux
