Escapefriend is a blog where the nicest details about travelling are brought up along with once in a life time adventures. Since it is mostly a travelling blog, they sure were happy to enjoy our city’s diversity when they stopped by our restaurant during Montréal en lumière to appreciate our Mediterranean inspired menu. An unique experience prepared in collaboration with renowned Turkish chef, Kemal Demirasal with a Turkish wine pairing that seem to have charmed our guests!

«They paired Turkish wines with this dishes which was not only delicious but a great chance to taste some more Turkish wines which I haven’t had super often. […] This Kalecik Karasi grape produces a light, brightly berried red that was nice with the squab and foie gras. .. L’accord des mets avec de vins turcs était non seulement délicieux, mais aussi une chance sans égal de goûter un peu plus de vins turcs que je n’avais pas eu l’occasion de goûter si souvent. […] Les raisins de ce Kalecik Karasi produisent un léger rouge, juste assez sur les petits fruits qui était agréable avec le pigeonneau et le foie gras.»
